Privacy you
can control

Food items, quantities, units, expiry dates, storage locations, reminders, shopping items, history, and preferences are stored on your device. FreshFirst V1 has no account, authentication, cloud sync, FreshFirst storage server, or custom behavioral analytics.

A backup or CSV file is created only when you request it. You choose the destination through the system file picker or export flow on Android or iOS. Exported files are outside FreshFirst’s control and are not removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app.

FreshFirst uses local notifications for expiry reminders and may request notification permission from the operating system. On Android, it receives device restart events to reschedule reminders. Your food records are not sent to a FreshFirst server to schedule notifications.

FreshFirst uses Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform. Google may process IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit.

Where required, FreshFirst requests consent before requesting ads and only requests ads when the consent system permits it. You can revisit Settings › Privacy options in the app to review or change your choices. Without consent, ads may be limited or may not be shown.

App data remains until you delete records, use Clear all data, clear FreshFirst’s Android data, or uninstall the app. These actions do not delete backups or CSV files stored outside the app.

FreshFirst requires an active internet connection to enter and continue using the app, including advertising and consent/privacy services. Core inventory data remains stored locally. It may also use notification permission and device restart events. It does not request precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone access. The app is a general household utility and is not designed or marketed specifically for children.
